The Writ Petitions were dismissed for default, after issuance of notice and appearance of the parties.

Delay of 174/173 days is caused in filing the Civil Applications praying for Restoration of both the Petitions. 3.

Though the learned Advocate Shri Gunale is not present, the learned Advocate Shri Vijay Patil holding for Mr. Girish Wani submits on instructions that Shri Gunale is causing appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 and has no objection for restoration.

For the reasons set out and since the delay is not too large, both the Civil Applications are allowed.

All office objections to be removed on or before 6th September, 2024. Thereafter, the Writ Petitions shall be restored at the stage at which they were dismissed.
