The learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has moved the D.R.T. but 29.07.2019 is the date given before the In charge Court. 3.

As the Presiding Officer (D.R.T.) is available at Aurangabad for three days commencing from today, the petitioner may move an application before D.R.T., Aurangabad for consideration of his interim application. Considering the exigency in the matter the Presiding Officer at D.R.T., Aurangabad shall consider the said application and pass orders on its own
