Considering that the amendment to Section 16(c) of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 was introduced by Act No.18 of 2018 in October 2018 and keeping in view that these litigating sides have canvassed their final arguments in RCA No.6 of 2014 in April 2018 and are still awaiting a judgment, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 2.
Needless to state, both the litigating sides, who are the only parties to the appeal, shall approach the appellate Court on 25.2.2019 and shall request the Court for permission to re-argue the entire appeal, including the effect of the above stated amendment. 3.
A copy of this order, obtained from the official website of the Bombay High Court, shall be placed before the Appellate Court for assistance.

Since the period of ten months have passed by, after the final arguments were advanced and the appeal is still awaiting a judgment, the appellate Court shall hear the litigating sides expeditiously and after the final arguments are heard, it shall proceed to deliver its judgment with promptitude.
