Heard the respective learned counsels.

The impugned order of MRT is in favour of the respondent. The petitioner accepted that order. The respondent is armed with Demand Draft of the purchase price determined by the Tenancy Tribunal. However, to assure each other, they have submitted the settlement terms. The parties have also agreed for the purchase price of Rs.3,51,820/-. This being a matter of tenancy and based upon the acceptance of the quasi judicial order, this Court is of the view that instead of accepting the compromise by this Court, the parties should appear before the Tenancy Tribunal (Tahsildar), Rahuri submitting settlement terms as per the impugned order of the MRT.

In view of the submissions, the writ petition stands dismissed.

No order as to costs.

Both parties shall appear before the said Court at the earliest and after their appearance, the Tenancy Tribunal (Tahsildar) should take the quick decision.
