I have heard the learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondents No. 7 to 11 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 6.

The learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the litigating sides urged that the learned State Minister, Urban Development, Chamber No. 214-A, Vidhan Bhavan, Mumbai-32, can decide the pending proceeding between the parties, expeditiously, and the parties can appear before him, on 19.8.2019, at 12.00 noon, at Mantralaya, Mumbai.

As such, the learned Minister shall now decide the main appeal. The litigating sides are at liberty

wp8997.19 to submit their written notes of submissions as well as oral submissions with Case Law, if any, in between 19.8.2019 till 22.8.2019.

The learned Minister shall close the matter and reserve it for passing orders after 23.8.2019. The matter would then be posted for pronouncement of his order on 23.9.2019 at 12.00 noon. The said date shall be prefixed and the litigating side would be obliged to remain present on that date before the learned Minister.

Copies of the order of the learned Minister, shall be delivered to the parties on 23.9.2019. 6.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
