The learned AGP Mr.Nerlikar has specifically pointed out the notification dated 04.06.2021, issued by the Revenue and Forest Department, Government of Maharashtra under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. He further submits that this notification, more specifically Schedule 1 and 2, were not cited before any Court, who have delivered the orders cited by the Petitioner in this Petition.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on khs/August 2024/8420

- 2 - instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and avail of a remedy as may be permissible in Law for challenge the order recently passed by the Tahsildar, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. 3.
