Ms. Kazi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, now the name of the petitioner is included in the Sevarth Pranali.

In view of the above, main grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, arrears of salary are not paid. The petitioner may make an application to the Education Officer or route the proposal through the Head Master, which would be considered by the Education Officer expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
