Mr Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that against the impugned order passed by the Additional District Collector dated 24.10.2016 in revenue proceeding, revision under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is available. 2.

In view of the said fact, learned Counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file revision proceedings as well as other proceedings, which are available for the reliefs, the petitioner is seeking.

The prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition is accepted. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies, as available in law. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. ( ANIL S. KILOR, J.) vvr
