Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as Shikshan Sevak. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education, however, the same is not decided as yet.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel Mr. Raghuwanshi appears for respondent nos.3 and 4.

In case the proposal of the petitioner (Exh.G page

20) for grant of approval as a Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
