The applicant-appellant is seeking extension of time to deposit the entire amount of the impugned award as per order dated 13.04.2018. The learned counsel for the respondent-claimants though strongly opposed the application but submitted that it might be allowed subject to deposit of the amount within one week. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauseB and C subject to condition that the amount of impugned award shall be deposited within one week from the date of this order. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
