This is an application for setting aside the order dated 18-07-2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the writ petition on the ground of failure to remove the office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 18-07-2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside. Writ petition is restored to its original position. The delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned.

The applicant/ petitioner shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove the office objections within time stipulated, the order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled. 5.
