Mr. Indrale Patil, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled for the benefit of Define Contributory Pension Scheme [for short, 'DCPS'] introduced by the Govt. under its resolution dated 31/10/2005.

According to the respondent, 10% amount from the salary would not be deducted. They have given letter. The same can be forwarded to the Govt. and the Govt. would contribute 14 %.

For getting the benefit of DCPS scheme, the parties will have to comply the terms and conditions mentioned in the scheme. In the light of the above, if the petitioners comply their part, the respondents would give the benefit of DCPS scheme to the petitioners. The parties may comply with the provisions of the DCPS scheme within a period of two months from today and then the proposal shall be processed accordingly. The same shall be completed within three months thereafter.
