The petitioner has filed this petition under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Reference is made to the order dated 9.1.2015, which has been passed by the learned trial Court under order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, by which, temporary inunction has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition considering the remedy available under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the CPC. 3.

This petition is disposed off as withdrawn since the petitioner desires to avail of the said remedy.
