PER COURT:- 1.

At the request of learned counsel for petitioner leave to amend.

According to Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner the land of the petitioner is taken in possession by respondents. Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was also issued in the year 2004. The same was not proceeded further.

Mr. Sangle, learned counsel appears for respondent no.4 and makes a statement on instructions that, within a period of three (03) weeks, respondent no.4 would submit proposal to the Collector for acquiring the land of the petitioner

(2) 945-wp-8973-2018 by private negotiation. The statement on instructions is accepted.

In view of the said statement, respondent no.4 shall forward the proposal for acquiring the writ land of the petitioner taken in possession and for which Section 4 Notification was already issued within a period of three (03) weeks to the Collector. The process shall be thereafter proceeded further expeditiously.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
