The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposals have been given for sanctioning the transfer of the school from one place to another, but the same are not decided. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

The proposals (page 14 to 16) are filed before Respondent No.3. Respondent no.3 has to process the same and forward it to Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 in turn thereafter has to forward it to Respondent No.1 after processing it.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent No.3 may process the proposals of the petitioner preferably within three months from the date of communication of order to it and forward it to Respondent No.2 with its recommendations as may be applicable.

(ii) Respondent No.2 shall thereafter process the same preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the proposals to it and forward it to Respondent No.1.

(iii) Respondent No.1 may consider and take decision upon the said proposals in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably, within six months from the date of receipt to it. 5.
