Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that now the charge-sheet is filed before the learned Special Judge under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and therefore he wants to withdraw the Appeals with liberty to approach the same Court for seeking bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the submission made by learned Advocate for Appellants, both the Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to appellants to approach the same Court under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
