Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak and subsequently as Assistant Teacher are pending with respondent no. 2, however, no decision has been taken as yet.

If proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as officiating Shikshan Sevak and subsequently as Assistant Teacher (Pages 14

wp8947.18 and 17) are pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
