Pursuant to the order dated 30.08.2022, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to deposit the amount of Rs.1 lac to establish his bonafides in order to convert this petition into Public Interest Litigation.

We have already noticed that the petitioner does not have any personal cause of action. There is no prayer which he has sought in so far as his interest is concerned. There are no pleadings in respect of any legal injury caused to him. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
