Mr. S.D.Kotkar, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present Criminal Application.

While withdrawing the present Criminal Application for regular bail, learned counsel made prayer to this Court that this Court be pleased to direct the learned trial Court to expedite the sessions trial. Prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel is just in view of the fact that speedy trial is the right of accused, who is languishing in jail.

In that view of the matter, I pass the following order :

ORDER

[I] Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

[II] The Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur is directed to expedite Sessions Case No.

33/2013 and shall endeavour to dispose of it as expeditiously as possible and not later than one year from the receipt of this order.

[I] With these observations, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
