The application is for condonation of delay. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Learned AGP opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated.

It would be seen that the reference is dismissed, as evidence is not led, on 26th February, 2003. It appears that the petitioner had filed writ petition. Subsequently the writ petition was held to be not maintainable and thereafter the first appeal is filed.

Considering the reasons mentioned for delay, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil application disposed of.
