The writ petition was filed by the husband for challenging the order passed by the JMFC under the Domestic Violence Act. The parties have settled the dispute with the help of Mediator and they have filed the consent terms before the Family Court, Aurangabad. The copy of consent terms is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. It is contended that in view of the compromise held between the parties the petitioner is withdrawing the petition. Statement is accepted. 2.

Perused the order passed by the Family Court in File No. F-141 of 2021.

The petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition. In

(2) criwp1182.19 view of the settlement between the parties the petition No. 1182 of 2019 and criminal application No. 4266 of 2019 are hereby disposed of as compromised.
