Perused the order passed by this Court, especially in Bail application No.565 of 2020 dated 21-09-2020, wherein the present applicant by name Ambu s/o Bhimla Rathod was granted temporary bail of 45 days taking into consideration his age at that time as 81 as it was then represented before the Trial Court. Thereafter, in other matters i.e. Criminal Writ Petition No.1202 of 2020 with companion matters, this Court has taken a view that the bail granted under the Pandemic Notifications to continue till the notification under Epidemics Diseases Act. Therefore, by order dated 26-11-2020 this Court had extended the earlier order passed by this Court on 21-09-2020. It was specifically observed that the said extension will have to be extended in blocks of 30 days each in view of the order passed by the High

CriAppln 2106-2020 Power Committee till such time, the said notification under the Epidemics Diseases Act, 1897 is issued.

It was also stated that in other words, in the event the said notification under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 comes to end, the applicant shall surrender before the concerned Court. The said notification has not yet come to an end and, therefore, the applicant continues to be on the said temporary bail and now it is informed by the learned Advocate for the applicant that the applicant is aged 83. 3.

Therefore, now when once again the situation has worsen, taking into consideration the age of the present applicant, the temporary bail granted by this Court earlier is extended till 31-072021. (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI) JUDGE vjg/-
