Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Advocate Mr. R.B. Bagul waives notice for respondent No. 1. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 - State and learned Advocate Mr. A.R. Nikam waives notice for respondent No. 5. 3.

We have heard both the sides.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of the petitioner's proposal independently on its own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case,within a period of four

(04) weeks from today and if petitioner is found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to him within a period of four weeks thereafter.
