Per Court :- The Applicant is challenging the order dated 1st April, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, F.C., Rahuri, District - Ahmednagar in S.T.C.No.726 Of 2012, whereby Non Bailable Warrant is issued against the Applicant.

[2] On the said date, matter was fixed for pronouncement of Judgment however, for no reasons, present Applicant remained absent before the court, therefore, the learned Judge of the court below was unable to pronounce the judgment, therefore, in order to procure the presence of the Applicant, Non Bailable Warrant was issued. No interference is warranted in the impugned order. Criminal Application is dismissed.
