ORDER:

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents No. 1 to 4. Mr V. S. Panpatte, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 5.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No. 5 has not forwarded the proposal for granting permission to start 5th std. from the year 2013-14.

Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for respondent No. 5, submits that if the said proposal is still pending with respondent no.5, respondent no. 5 shall proceed it and forward it in accordance with law.

Respondent No. 5 shall process the proposal filed by the petitioner (Page No.22) and forward it with its opinion to competent authority. The same shall be done by respondent no. 5 within four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, respondent no.2 or the competent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, by end of May-2018.
