Our attention was invited to the order passed by this Court wherein prayer for early hearing of the petition was allowed. It is the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that though the prayer was allowed, due to paucity of time the petition could not be heard by this Court and, as the petitioner is in service and invalidation of his claim is the subject matter of writ petition whereby, by order of this Court protection is granted to the petitioner, there is some urgency in the matter. 3.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed.
