Though learned Counsel appearing for original claimants has opposed for condonation of delay, stating that the reasons assigned are insufficient to condone the delay, for the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the application which, according to me, are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Civil Application for condonation of delay stands disposed of. The Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents in the appeal returnable after four weeks. Shri Gunale, learned Counsel, waives service for sole respondent / original claimant. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matter for admission on 21.7.2017 3.

The execution of the award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of entire amount under the award along with the interest thereon in this Court by the appellant within twelve weeks from the date of this order. Civil Application for stay stands disposed of.
