Issue involved is with regard to the mutation entry. By the impugned order, delay of 25 years is not condoned. 2.

The petitioners have a statutory remedy by approaching the second revisional forum in view of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, [(2016) 2 SCC 213]. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the period consumed in the pendency of this petition is considered as a good ground for condonation of delay, the petitioners would approach the second revisional authority.
