By present application, applicant prayed for amendment to the petition by way of placing on record the communication issued by State Government post filing the petition, whereby State Government adopted policy of absorption of teachers in aided schools. Thus, this being a policy of State Government, by placing the same on record no prejudice would cause to respondents.

As such, in view of submission of learned Counsel as well as the grounds and consequent prayers in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
