2.

The petitioner who is aspiring to get admission through MHTCET-2023-24 had filed a proposal with the scrutiny committee on 30.12.2022 and is now anxious to get the validity. 3.

It does appear that the petitioner has been remiss and is now seeking to take advantage of the conditional validity granted to his sister Shraddha by this Court.

4.

Be that as it may, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would adopt the vigilance report and reply filed by the sister Shraddha and the committee can decide the proposal expeditiously.

If the petitioner is ready to accept the report of vigilance and adopt the reply filed by his sister Shraddha, in our considered view the committee would be able to decide the proposal expeditiously. We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the committee to decide the petitioner' s case as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks. (SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) (MANGESH S.
