Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

A small issue raised before the Court is, in view of the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No.813/2023, the petitioner was directed to put his grievance before the Sub Divisional Committee, accordingly he submitted his grievance before the Committee. However the Committee did not take the decision. 4.

In view thereof, respondent no.2 is directed to take the decision on the request of the petitioner within three weeks from today.
