JUDGMENT :

It is a motion for speaking to the minutes moved by the learned counsel for the appellants.

Heard Mr M.H. Patil, learned counsel for the appellants. 3.

Perused the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 48/2006 dated 16th December, 2021.

He points out that in the operative order clause No. (VI), instead of mentioning respondent Nos. 2 and 4, it has been mentioned respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and that needs to be corrected. He submits that respondent No. 4 is Insurance Company. That correction needs to be made.

Clause No. (VI) of the operative order reads thus - (VI) Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are at liberty to recover their respective amount of compensation paid to the claimants from their respective owners of the offending vehicles i.e. respondent Nos. 1 and 3 according to the provisions of law.

Motion is accordingly disposed of.
