PER COURT :- Since the petitioner has presented the instant petition, raising challenge to the Notice issued by respondent No.3 on 30.5.2017 under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, the writ petition need not be entertained. It would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate contentions before the authority, dealing with the proceedings under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. It would also be open for the petitioner to raise the challenge to the final order, which would be passed by the authority under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act in accordance with law. Keeping the option, as aforesaid, open for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
