1] Smt. Dube, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similar matters are decided by this Court bearing W.P. No. 9492 of 2013 with connected writ petitions under order dated 4.7.2016, so also, Writ Petition No. 688 of 2017 under order dated 9.8.2017.

2] In earlier writ petitions, we have recorded the statement of the learned AGP that the Additional Collector, Ahmedngar had intimated the AGP that pursuant to the applications filed by the petitioner, the SDO ShrigondaParner has sated that as there was some deficiency in the report submitted by the SDO, Shrigonda-Parner, same has been sent back and as per rules, further enquiry will be taken immediately on the application of the petitioners.

{2} 37 & 38 sr. nos..odt 3] We have disposed of the said writ petitions, by recording the statement, keeping the contentions of the respective parties open and that the authority is required to consider all the relevant aspects of the matter.
