Call for the papers in CA No.9133 of 2019, which is identical to these civil applications in hand.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The applicants assure that the amounts as directed by this Court, would be deposited in this Court on/or before 27.9.2019. 3.
Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 3 and 4
submits that he would not object to the extension of time, if the financial institution is permitted to withdraw the amount from this Court to be adjusted against the loan amount of the applicants. The applicants are agreeable.

These three applications are allowed. The amount shall be deposited in this Court on/or before 27.9.2019. Respondent No.3 / financial institution shall withdraw the said amount under identification by the learned Advocate and on proper authorization with identity proof. The said amount shall shall be apportioned by the said respondent as against the loan accounts of these petitioners and the said withdrawal shall be subject to the result of the Writ Petition.

The learned Advocates jointly request that the three Writ Petitions may be referred to Shri S.K.Kadam, learned Advocate and Mediator for exploring the possibility of a settlement. 6.
As such, the High Court Legal Services Authority, SubCommittee, Bench at Aurangabad shall process the papers to be placed before the learned Mediator for mediation. The learned Advocates for the respective sides are at liberty to contact the learned Mediator for an early initiation of mediation proceedings.
7.
The Writ Petitions can be circulated after the learned Mediator submits his report.
8.
