It appears that, the present applicant who is respondent No.2 in the main Contempt Petition is seeking personal exemption from appearance before this Court on 19th July, 2023. Though it is claimed by the applicant that, it was necessary for him to attend the session of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly which has began from today but, the respondent No.2 is not present today before this Court. Moreover, the petition is of 2019 and required to be heard Pooja K.
