The State of Maharashtra & another in Writ Petition No.10580/2015 alongwith other connected petitions, which were disposed of placing reliance on the earlier decision of Division Bench of this Court in the case of Ashok Nilkanth Dhale

WP 9315/17 - 2 - v. State of Maharashtra & others reported at 2016 (5) Mh.L.J., 742.

2] In the circumstances, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 9.3.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.10580/2015 decided alongwith connected petitions, present writ petition is also allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of. No costs.
