This writ petition has been moved for transfer of Domestic Violence proceedings from the Court at Aurangabad to the Court at Kalyan on the ground that the petitioner - husband is physically disabled.

This Court is not inclined to issue notice in this matter. 3.

The Court concerned is however requested to grant the petitioner exemption from appearance. His evidence may also be recorded on affidavit. His presence may be required in exceptional cases, such as for his cross examination by the Advocate for the respondent - wife, etc.

The writ petition is disposed of.
