We have heard Mr. Irale Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. K. G. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Tope, the learned counsel for respondent No. 5.

The limited grievance made in the petition is that the Divisional Commissioner has already forwarded the proposal with regard to the transfer in State sector, to the Director i.e. respondent No. 4, however, no decision is taken by respondent No. 4 in this regard for almost two years.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :
O R D E R
I.
In case the said proposal dated 04.06.2013 (Exh. "G") submitted by the Commissioner to respondent No. 4Director, is pending with respondent No. 4, then respondent No. 4-Director shall take decision as per the existing policy in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from today, and thereafter, forward the same to respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who shall, in turn, take appropriate decision upon the same in accordance with law and existing policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of the said proposal by them.
