In response to the notice dated 31st July, 2019, Mrs. M.A. Deshpande, learned Additional Govt. Pleader, appearing for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the order of this Court, directing the Scrutiny Committee to pass appropriate orders on a validation claim submitted by the petitioner is now duly complied with and the Scrutiny Committee, by order dated 14th August, 2019, rejected the validation claim assigning reasons in detail. Copy of the order dated 14th August, 2019 passed by the Scrutiny Committee is placed on record,

CP513-2019 which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purposes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that now the decision of the Scrutiny Committee dated 14th August, 2019 is subjected to Writ Petition preferred by the petitioner.

In view of above facts, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
