The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B) By issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 4 to consider the claim of petitioner for transfer at Zilla Parishad Primary School in Tribal area (PESA) of Akole Taluka as per the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021 and Notification dated 9th June, 2014 and 29th August, 2019 issued by the Office of the Principal/Dy. Secretary to the Governor of Maharashtra.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, respondent nos. 4 and 5, submits on instructions, that the process of tendering online applications is going on. If the petitioner submits an online application, the same would be considered, in accordance with the scheme and policy applicable along with other similarly situated applicants. The petitioner is agreeable.
