JAIN, JJ DATED : 8TH JANUARY,2016 PER COURT :- The petitioners are some of the accused of R.C.C.No.105/15 which the respondent no.3 filed before the learned JMFC, Parli Vaijnath. The learned JMFC directed investigation u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. The investigating officer submitted a report that there is no offence committed by any of the accused. He also opined that the dispute is of civil nature. We also perused the papers and it revealed that even complaint filed before learned JMFC did not spell out any offence under I.P.C. Application therefore, is allowed. RCC No.105/15 stands quashed.
