Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 13.07.2022 passed by the District Superintendent of the Land Record, Aurangabad, whereby permission to review the order of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Gangapur was granted.

I have gone through the order passed by the District Superintendent of the Land Record, Aurangabad. Admittedly no hearing was given to the petitioner and the same fact is also not controverted by respondent No. 1 and also the learned AGP for Respondent-State. 4.

I find substance in the contention of the petitioner, therefore, on the ground that petitioner was not heard while passing order, I am inclined to quash and set aside the impugned order and remand the matter to the District Superintendent of the Land Record,

In view thereof, the petition is partly allowed. The order dated 13.07.2022 passed by the District Superintendent of the Land Record, Aurangabad is quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded to the District Superintendent of the Land Record, Aurangabad to decide it afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.

The parties to appear before the authority on 22.12.2025. 7.

All issues are kept open.
