The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the concerned Headmaster has forwarded the proposals to the Education Officer for approval to transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts. The same are not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for both the respondents.

In case, the proposals seeking approval to transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts are pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits and in accordance with law, policy and in tune with the Judgment dated 04.07.2019 in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 with connected writ petitions. The same be decided preferably within four (4) months.

Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
