Since the Respondents oppose the amendment and on perusal of the grounds set out for seeking leave to amend, we are of the view that an opportunity to the Respondents to file an comprehensive affidavit-in-reply post amendment, would protect

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. The proposed amendment be carried out, on or before 15.10.2024. 4.

Considering the magnitude of the amendment, a freshly typed amended memo of the Writ Petition shall be filed simultaneously and the copies would be served on the Respondents. 5.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 (proposed Respondents), waives service of notice in the Writ Petition and submits that he would file the affidavit-in-reply on or before 25.10.2024.
