By way of this Criminal Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to arrest the accused persons in connection with the F.I.R. No. 201/2020 registered with Hasnabad Police Station, Taluka Bhokardan, District Jalna and also seeking direction to expeditiously investigate and enquire into the allegations made by the petitioner/ complaint in F.I.R. No. 201/2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before us the order of anticipatory bail granted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna to the accused Nos. 1 to 3 in connection with Crime No. 201/2020 registered with Hasnabad Police Station under section 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

The learned APP submits that at present investigation is

Cri.W.P.No.1504/20 completed and chargesheet has been submitted on 30th September, 2021.

In view of the above, the purpose of filing this Criminal Writ Petition is served and nothing survives for consideration. 5.
