The petition can be conveniently disposed of as the petitioner's claim is that he is a project affected person and was allotted land 0-H 81-R out of Gat No.187 and 0-H 81-R out of Gat No.188, of which he is seeking the conversion to Class-I category from Class-II category.

The learned AGP submits that the prayer of the petitioner for conversion of the land shall be decided by the respondent - authority with whom it is pending within a reasonable period.

In view of the above, the following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) The concerned respondent - authority is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of this order.
(ii) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. (iii) In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending Civil Application stands disposed of.
