This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident

The delay of 77 days occurred in filing an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is sufficiently explained in the present application and as such deserves condonation. 4.
The learned Counsel appearing for non-applicant no.1 has no serious objection in condoning the delay. None appeared for nonapplicant no.2 despite service. 5.
Hence, for the stated reasons, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. First Appeal be registered. The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
