DATE : 13/12/2018 PER COURT :- The respondent - Commissioner, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad was directed to decide the Appeal within stipulated period of 3 months from the date of order. It was submitted before this Court that till date of filing of Contempt Petition, there is no decision as per order of this Court. Simple notice was issued to the respondent sole on 7/8/2018. 2] Mr.Bhandari, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent placed on record order dated 14/11/2018. It is submitted that the Appeal is decided by the authorities of the Corporation. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the appeal is decided on 14/11/2018.
