Civil Application No.7314/2025 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to Respondent Nos.2 and 5 to abide by the order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court.

By the said order, this Court directed the Respondent Nos.2 and 5 to give provisional admission to the Petitioner subject to observations made in the said order. It appears that the provisional admission was not given, which prompted the Petitioner to file the civil application. Today, when the application along with the writ petition are called out for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 & 5

( 2 ) 909 wp 8537.25 i.e. Maharashtra National Law University, Ch. Sambhajinagar makes a statement that a vacancy has arisen in which the Petitioner can be granted provisional admission, subject to the Petitioner producing character certificate and migration certificate from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, where he was pursing first year of the five year law course. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application and it is disposed of as such.

Accordingly, it is recorded that in terms of order dated 14.07.2025 the Respondent Nos.2 and 5 shall grant provisional admission to the Petitioner, subject to the Petitioner producing the character certificate and migration certificate from the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar within a period of one month from today. The Petitioner shall also file such an undertaking before the Respondent Nos.2 & 5 while taking provisional admission.
